Having previously worked with Stuart, it was an effortless choice for him to join Bourne shortly after its launch of the first office in Farnham in 2009. In his current role, Andrew oversees the Alton, Bordon & Petersfield offices, where he has witnessed the Hampshire offices of Bourne flourish under his leadership.

Having worked in the industry since 2003, Gemma is best described as a passionate estate agent and will always strive to achieve the very best results for her clients. Gemma joined Bourne in 2011, working in the Farnham office. In 2012, following the acquisition of Goodeve & Partners, Gemma joined the expanding Alton team where she has assisted many buyers and sellers in finding and selling their homes.
