Big Skies Estates is a different type of estate agency. The big idea behind Big Skies Estates was to recognise that many of the properties along the North Norfolk coast have the potential to be both wonderful residential dwellings, either full time or as second homes and also that they could have the potential to generate a second income for their owners as holiday cottages. We recognise that selling your main residence and your second home are two quite different processes, so we work differently with differnt types of owners.
