He works closely with investors to assess anticipated returns, pro-actively considering options to suit any investment strategy.

  Pepper has a background in architecture, masterplanning & regeneration. She specialises in business strategy using her ability to visualise properties that have reached their full potential and helping clients establish a road-map to success. Pepper’s experience in the construction industry allows her to contribute holistically to development appraisals with realistic construction and consultancy cost estimates, and awareness of hurdles that can often trip-up new developers.
