I have worked in property management and lettings for 7 years with varying roles and responsibilities.

My role incorporates the processing of tenant applications including reference checks, tenancy document preparation and inventory generation, routine property visits, processing tenant notices to vacate and conducting the check out inspections, liaising with landlords and tenants regarding deposit claims and liaising with our maintenance manager to ensure any maintenance works identified when visiting the properties is arranged.
