The firm was formed in 2012 from the merger of Boon Godbold (est. 1991) and Equipe Real Estate Advisors (est. 2007). David Alcock joined the partnership in 2017 and John Boon has subsequently become a consultant. Our partnership offers clients informed, independent market intelligence. Tom has practised in the Central London market for the last 24 years and has wide-ranging experience acting for occupier and institutional clients on leasing and on refurbishment/development properties. He has also been involved in transactions in the United States and maintains international real estate contacts in the United States, Canada and France. David Alcock FRICS
Partner
David joined BBG in 2017 to develop the firm’s distinctive, partner led, service offer to clients and its expanding City coverage. He has a proven track record in initiating, structuring and closing leasehold and freehold office transactions with a focus on negotiating the best market value for clients. Occupier clients range from City finance and insurance corporates, professional practices, Fintech and TMT companies advising in relocations, lease re-structurings and in letting and marketing
Fred Pope MRICS
Agency Surveyor
Fred joined BBG summer 2018 and is an integral member of the agency team working alongside Tom and David. Having completed an MSc in Real Estate at The University of Reading , Fred joined Derrick Wade Waters gaining experience in Valuation and Landlord and Tenant advising both owners and occupiers on rent reviews and lease renewals. Fred is aiming to sit the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence in Session 1 2019.
Daisy Walder
Graduate Agency Surveyor
Daisy joined BBG’s super active team in 2021 after completing the MSc in Real Estate at Reading University and is actively working towards the RICS APC in order to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor. Hailing from the West Country, Daisy’s first-class Honours Award in her undergraduate degree in Human Geography has already given her a head start advising owner and occupier clients on the ins and outs of the London commercial property world.
Ben Hodder MRICS
Chartered Surveyor
Ben recently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and plays a key role in BBG’s Investment Agency team. After graduating with a degree in architecture from The University of Manchester, then completing his MSc in Real Estate at Reading University, Ben joined Knight Frank’s Capital Markets Team in Bristol. However, the bright lights of the London commercial property world and specialist skills of BBG proved an irresistible lure in early 2020. Ben has already marketed and converted a range of investment sales and leasing transactions, despite the challenges of the pandemic, and continues to provide asset management and investment advice to a range of high profile public and private sector clients.
