In recent years BA Commercial has merged with Gareth Williams Commercial another well-respected practice in North Wales. Our Head Office is based in Grosvenor Street, Chester in the heart of the city centre. The firm undertakes a range of commercial property valuations in compliance with the current requirements of the RICS Valuation – Professional Standards.
