  Anthony is the founder and director of Anthony Martin Estate Agents. He is responsible for overseeing all branches, as well as expanding the business. An entrepreneur and businessman from a young age, he has grown the company from a one-man operation to a network of 5 branches with over 25 team members. His ambition is to develop Anthony Martin Estate Agents into the largest and the most successful independent estate agency in the country.

  Charlie Benn

  Lettings Director

  Charlie Benn was the first employee of Anthony Martin Estate Agents, starting in April 2011. Charlie has rapidly risen from trainee to lettings Director. His personal approach and positive outlook makes no challenge too big or too small. Charlie strives to give Landlords and Tenants the best service possible. "I have incredibly high expectations for myself, and for everyone who works with me. The client always comes first, and when we keep our clients happy, they come back to us".

  Area Manager

  Kevin has been in the estate agency industry for over 15 years and has a wealth of experience in both a corporate and independent environment. Kevin is a partner at Anthony Martin. His level of expertise ranges from helping first time buyers get on the housing ladder to giving expert property advice. Since being at Anthony Martin, Kevin has installed a winning mentality in the team and thrives at being the location’s number one estate agent.

  Ryan Mose

  Lettings Advisor

  Ryan joined our Lettings department in early 2018. Prior to working for Anthony Martin, Ryan worked as a barristers clerk where he learnt fundamental lessons in client care. Ryan is very professional and always goes above and beyond to tend to the needs of landlords and tenants. He is always on hand and happy to help. Ryan is a highly motivated individual and looks forward to his progression and growth at Anthony Martin.

  Branch Manager

  Lee is the Branch Manager of the Bexley office, where he is supported by a strong team of colleagues. He has worked as an estate agent within the Bexley and Greenwich Boroughs since 2001 and has excellent knowledge of the local area. 19 years in the industry has given Lee a broad skill set encompassing Property Valuation, Sales, Sales Progression and Lettings, and he prides himself on delivering a high standard of customer service and meeting the client expectations.

  Carl joined the Anthony Martin team as Assistant Manager following previous roles within estate agency. Carl has an exceptional knowledge of the industry and strives to provide all his clients with a first-class service. Having worked in Bexley and surrounding areas for over 20 years he has a great knowledge of the local area and is ready to help with all your buying or selling requirements
