Paul Lambert MNAEA
Director
Paul joined the firm in 2007 having previously worked in the locality for a competitor agency since 2000. Paul was appointed as a Director in April 2015 and is generally based between the Stalham and Great Yarmouth offices. Paul carries out property valuations and covers all the coastal villages to the North of Great Yarmouth and all of the Broadland area, as well as picking up the day to day management responsibility of the Stalham office.

Jackie joined Aldreds in 1999 as a part time assistant in our Acle office. After a few months she was offered the position of secretary in the survey/valuation department and soon went on to become a full time member of Aldreds staff. In 2007 Jackie relocated to our Great Yarmouth office where she became part of the commercial team and also took over the running of Aldreds auction department. Jennie Johnson
Administrator
Jennie joined Aldreds in June 2010 having moved from Watford in 2009. She started as a Negotiator/Administrator in the Gorleston office. Jennie then moved to the Great Yarmouth office where she became the Administration Manager where she prepares all the sales brochures for the Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft & Gorleston offices. She also takes the responsibility of ensuring all stationary requirements are met and the general housekeeping.
Eleanor Meadows

Eleanor joined Aldreds in 2013 as an apprentice in business administration. After successfully finishing her apprenticeship she accepted a role as sales negotiator in our busy Great Yarmouth office. Eleanor handles residential sales from start to finish including agreeing offers and seeing sales through to completion.

Dan joined Aldreds as a sales negotiator in our Great Yarmouth office in 2001 having previously worked for a corporate agent in Norwich. Dan was promoted to Gorleston Office branch manager in 2002 and to Group Sales Director in 2007. On a day to day basis Dan oversees the management and running of all offices with a particular focus on Great Yarmouth and Gorleston. Dan also carries out all valuation market appraisals for Gorleston office and in Great Yarmouth town.
Richard Harpley
Sales Negotiator
Richard started working for Aldreds in 2012, having previously worked for a corporate estate agent in Lowestoft. Richard started as a sales negotiator in our Lowestoft office and has been through the Aldreds lister training programme and on occasions he conducts market appraisals in the Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth area. In 2017 Richard moved to the Great Yarmouth office where he is often out and about conducting viewings and inspections.
