From Brodick take The String which travels west across the island towards Machrie, after approximately 7.5 miles you will see Glaister Farmhouse set well back from the road. The property is fronted by grass farmland.
Terms
The initial period of let will be 6 months and thereafter, with the agreement of both the Landlord and the Tenant will continue on a month to month basis with either party being entitled to terminate the let at any time on giving at least 2 months written notice to the other.
The rent will be payable monthly in advance. A deposit equal to one and a half months rent shall be paid by the tenant at the date of entry.
Before the date of entry a Record of Condition of the subjects will be prepared. The tenant will also accept the subjects as being in good tenantable condition and repair and will undertake to keep and leave the subjects in at the same condition as at the date of entry.
Inititally, all repairs, upkeep and maintenance of the house, both internal and external, shall be carried out by the Landlord, On the continuation of the lease this may be modified. The landlord will also be responsible for keeping the subjects wind and watertight.
