Leave the M25 at junction 6, then at Godstone Interchange roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A22 (signposted Eastbourne). At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A22 (signposted East Grinstead, Eastbourne). At traffic signals turn left onto Ray Lane - B2029 (signposted Lingfield). At mini-roundabout turn left onto Plaistow Street - B2028 (signposted Dormansland, Edenbridge). At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto East Grinstead Road take 1st left hand fork into Blackberry Lane signposted St Barnabus College and Dormans Park. The property can be found about a quarter of a mile down on the left hand side and is approached by large ornate iron electronic gates.
