We are glad to offers six types of apartments ranging from Studios to Penthouse suites, some have their own private balconies and courtyards*. *Please note: Requests for apartments with balconies and courtyards are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
All apartments have the following amenities:-
Fully furnished Full bathrooms with bath, shower and bidet Kitchens with hob, grill and oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils and cutlery Dining table Individually controlled central heating Hair Dryers Ceiling Fans Iron and Ironing Boards Complimentary toiletries Complimentary welcome pack Hi-Fi/CD Stereos**

The Penthouse Apartments
On the top floor of 130 Queensgate, there are four spacious Penthouse Apartments. All of these suites have two bedrooms and are significantly larger than our standard apartments. They also have the added benefit of air conditioning, televisions in the bedrooms, bath robes, complimentary bottled water and orange juice.
To ensure your comfort is a priority, a maid service is provided six days per week. Towels are changed daily and bed linen twice per week.
Reception Services
The reception desk is open 24 hours a day. The receptionists and porters are there to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The following services are available:-
· Message service
· Fax, photocopying and incoming email service
· VCR/ Video recorder request
· Concierge for Theatre and restaurant bookings, taxis,
airport transfers, London tours and baby sitting services.
· Same day laundry and dry cleaning service.
Breakfast Welcome Packs
You can pre-book a breakfast welcome pack before your arrival. This is ideal if you arrive late and you feel too tired to go out grocery shopping. The Breakfast packs consist of an enticing selection of cereals, melba toasts, jam, cheeses, brunch bars, orange juice, milk, tea and coffee. If you would like to order, please give 48 hours notice before your arrival date.
