Payment of
Rent:
Rent is to be paid to the Agents or Landlord as applicable by standing
order.
Administration
Fee:
If an offer is made for the tenancy, the Agents will take an
administration fee of £100 per person (including VAT) before taking up
references. This initial deposit will be put towards the tenants ingoing costs
and will only be refunded to the applicant at the sole discretion of the
Agents.
Occupation:
Before the Tenant takes occupation, the tenancy agreement must be signed;
and all of the ingoing costs will need to be paid (cleared funds).
Ingoing
Costs:
One complete months rent to be paid in advance.
