To the west of Gunnersbury Avenue, in one of the leafiest and most attractive areas of west London, lies the part of Gunnersbury that is in postal district, W5, and in the London Borough of Ealing. At the top end, in both senses, roads close to Ealing Common and Gunnersbury Avenue have imposing five, six and seven-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses, mostly with 100' gardens. Further south towards Gunnersbury Park, some of the properties are slightly more modest but are still good-sized family homes with generous gardens in leafy streets. Most of the flats in Gunnersbury W5 are in converted properties but there are also a few purpose-built developments.
