Property to rent in Earlsfield SW18

Situated within the London Borough of Wandsworth, Earlsfield is less well known than some of its neighbours, but its great transport link to central London makes it a very desirable location. Property to rent in Earlsfield mainly comprises Victorian and Edwardian terraced houses, maisonettes and flats. Earlsfield High Street is part of Garratt Lane and offers some good shops, bars and restaurants. The name ‘Earlsfield’ probably comes from the fact that the whole area was once watercress fields belonging to Earl Spencer, an ancestor of the late, Diana, Princess of Wales and, until the end of the 19th century, was almost completely rural.

Three-bedroom houses to rent in Earlsfield, located within easy walking distance of the railway station, will cost in the region of £1,600 per month. One-bedroom flats to rent in Earlsfield are available for £880 per month, and two bedrooms from £1,000 per month.
