Coombe SW20 is a leafy, charming suburb in the London Borough of Merton. To the west of the A3 (Kingston by-pass) is Coombe Hill, which is in the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames. Coombe has the advantage of many local shops and a train station in Raynes Park that provides easy access to London Waterloo and the amenities of both Wimbledon town centre and Kingston-upon-Thames.

At the top end of the independent schools there is Wimbledon High School for Girls and King’s College for boys.

Transport in Coombe

The railway station in Raynes Park provides an excellent service to Wimbledon, Clapham Junction and Waterloo. At the station in Wimbledon you can change onto London Underground’s District Line for Earl’s Court and Central London. Trains from Raynes Park also go to Epsom and Kingston-upon-Thames. Coombe is served by bus routes: 57, 131, 200, 57 and N87, and the A3 by-pass provides a great route out of London to Guildford and the south-west.
