The successful purchaser will be someone who is able to demonstrate they can work in partnership with UK Coal Surface Mining to deliver the best investment returns from both parties point of view. They will hold the land in its entirety for the duration
of the option period and they will support UK Coal Surface Mining in their planning applications to work the coal.
