The building is basically wind and watertight but the internal fabric and some external features are in poor condition.

Detailed Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent has been granted for converting the church into four town houses on three and a half levels to a design by Smiths Gores Architects and Building Surveyors Team. The building is split vertically with two houses to the front and two to the rear. The main living spaces are in the roof and are well lit by roof lights. The entrances to all four units are from the front. There are small back yards for each house to the rear.
