Situation

Description

The property is approached over a private drive which is bordered by its own fields. Towards the end of the drive, on cresting the brow of the hill, you get the first glimpse of Coombe Court nestling in its private valley surrounded by its beautiful stone outbuildings. The M4 from London; the M6 from the North West and the M1/M42 from the North East - all link up with the M5 to take you to the South to Devon and the West Country. From Exeter and the M5, take the A30 towards Cornwall. After 1 mile take the Exeter exit and at the roundabout take 1st left signed Moretonhampstead/Dunsford. After approximately 1 mile at the T-Junction turn left onto B3121. Continue on this road passing through Doccombe. At Cossick Cross turn right signposted Marden Down. Continue for 0.5 miles over a cattle grid and immediately turn left signposted Clifford Bridge. After 0.7 miles turn left to Moretonhampstead, continue over a cattle grid and after 0.3 miles the entrance to Coombe Court will be found on you right.
