Well designed, well laid out one bed for sale at Royal Arsenal Riverside. The apartment is on the 3rd floor looking westwards over the courtyard. It's great for an investor or for a owner occupier & can be purchased with furniture or without, with vacant
possession or with a tenant lined up. The flat offers a good sized bedrm, smart modern bathroom & kitchen, good flooring & a great feel.
We seem to be being instructed on all the good flats at the moment! This apartment is part of the 1912 Building called My HQ. This period building was carefully restored about 5 years ago and was once the largest and most impressive
of all the military buildings of the site. It was once the administrative hub of the Arsenal from which most of the operations on site were run.
The apartment is well lit being high up on the 4th floor looking westwards over the courtyard through large windows. It is well designed with a good use of space making for nice sized rooms and a flat with a good feel to it.
It is great for the first time buyer or as an investment flat as it is currently rented and the owner will include all the furniture in the sale if required. (Of course it can be bought empty with vacant position as well.)
Both kitchen and bathroom are modern with good tiling work including tiled floors and modern sanitary ware and kitchen appliances. Lots of sockets, satellite/TV points, fobbed secure entrance, shaver points, heated towel rails, all the little pleasant extras
etc come as standard.
The apartment has about 995 years left on the lease and circa 5-6 years on the NHBC warranty
