SITUATION
Tuckenhay is a most attractive, small village situated on the banks of Bow Creek, which is a tributary of the River Dart, within the South Hams area of South Devon. In the village is the popular Maltsters Arms Inn and a few hundred yards up river is the Watermans Arms at Bow Bridge.
About 3 1/2 miles to the north west is the market town of Totnes, which provides a full range of local amenities including railway station with mainline connections to London (3 hours).
