We have truly enjoyed living here and can honestly say that the next owners will love it as much as we have. There is lots of natural light throughout the day and the outdoor space is great as you can live outdoor/indoor at the same time.

The location is perfect; with its proximity to the seafront, Hove lawns, restaurants, bars and Hove station, it seems close to everything and yet we also find it's quiet enough to relax.

The building has the ambience of a grand hotel and is well maintained. We have found the other residents to be warm, friendly and welcoming, all taking pride in the building and committed to its upkeep and maintenance.
