Go On. Take a Peek!
Let your mind wander away from the everyday. the botanic is in a world of its own.
Put a spring in your step on the sunny side of life at the botanic. Close your eyes and picture a huge central atrium filled to the rafters with mature plants and trees. Then open them and take it all in!
It doesn't stop there... floor to ceiling windows bathe the apartments in light. Each home has its own private balcony dotted with planters to inspire you to get green-fingered. Outside your front door are ingenious suspended walkways that weave through the tree-lined canopies, and at ground level, plants and soft grass make the ideal place to take time out or socialise with your friends.
At grass roots the botanic is about real life. Residents have their own private entrance, outside you'll find pedestrianised areas as well as metres and metres of waterways and green open spaces to enjoy.
the botanic is set to blossom into a vibrant community with plans for a primary school, play areas, a health centre and workshops. All this, as well as undercroft parking spaces for residents and canalside facilities for all.
Hear That? The buzz.
It's getting louder and it's coming from the city, Manchester City. It's only a hop, skip and a jump away from the botanic. Fall for the charm of this attractive city. Filled with the promise that whatever your taste, you'll get access to the best shopping, sports, galleries, theatres, museums, cinemas, architecture and heritage. It's a jungle out there! So grab a piece of the Mancunian wild life. The bars, cafes, restaurants and clubs all have a great vibe and it's growing all the time. Looking for the quiet life? Then tiptoe home to the flora and fauna of your private garden hideaway.
Know Your Roots...
Flit through or flutter by. For business or pleasure, locally, nationally or internationally, travelling couldn't be easier. Cycleways are prominent, with a place to lock your bike just outside your front door. Ungraded road access and a metro link tram extension, with a new tram station on Pollard Street, means that the one mile journey into the city will become even easier. Victoria Station is virtually on your doorstep, with regular connections to mainline services. The nearest road link is the M62 providing access to the national motorway network. And Manchester's international airport gives you access to worldwide destinations.
Shhhh...
Listen carefully and you can hear what nature is trying to tell you. At the botanic you'll find clever, thoughtful design, that works in harmony with the environment. These spacious single level and duplex apartments are built for the future. We nurtured a great friendship with English Partnerships and are committed to their initiative of regeneration and sustainability - the key features of a Millennium Community.
...Do Not Disturb The interior is smart, with contemporary fixtures and fittings demonstrating the usual high finish of a Bryant home. All this and renewable resources, recycling facilities for residents, a water collection system and the use of native UK plants! At the botanic we have been hard on ourselves but not on the environment. We've crunched the numbers and work to rigorous environmental guidelines to reduce the energy it takes to build new homes by 50%. In the future we look to reduce water and energy consumption by 20% and 50% respectively.
Hop... Skip... ...and Jump!
Start your journey from Liverpool and the M62. Take the M602, continue forward over the motorway roundabout onto Regent Road (A57). Sainsbury's is on your left... straight through the next set of traffic lights. At the next set of traffic lights move over into your right-hand lane over the Mancunian Way onto the A635 straight through the next traffic lights leading onto the A665 Great Ancoats Street. Central Retail Park is on your right-hand side. Take the first right after the retail park onto Red Hill Street. the botanic marketing suite is on the corner of Henry Street, 2 streets up.
