Crymych is a small village in the north of Pembrokeshire with around 600 residents. It stands astride the A478 Narberth-Cardigan road and is perfectly located for exploring Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The name of the village comes from the 'Crymych Arms Hotel', which was once a farm standing where six roads converged. In the 18th and 19th centuries it became a meeting point for drovers herding their cattle, and when the railway came in the mid 19th century the village grew around the Crymych Arms railway station.
