Holyhead in North Wales is the largest of Anglesey's towns, with a population of approximately 13,000. Holyhead is primarily a ferry port, and has been for hundreds of years. The town is located in attractive rural/coastal surroundings, and much of Holy Island is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and includes significant areas of Heritage Coast.
