Like many Surrey villages in such close proximity to London (only 14 miles to be precise), property for sale goes quickly here as the area is very popular with commuters. Many of the villages 9,000 inhabitants enjoy village life in Esher and work in London, and with only a short drive to contend with, it's easy to see why so many people are looking for property for sale in Esher.
