Bourne is a red brick market town on the western edge of The Fens near the limestone hills of Kesteven. Settled by the Romans, Bourne derives its name from the natural springs that flow into the River Glen, passing Baldock's Mill which is now a heritage centre. The Abbey and Parish Church of St Peter and St Paul, founded in 1138, is one of the oldest and most striking buildings in Bourne and is Grade I listed. Another notable building is the aptly named Red Hall, a stunning Elizabethan mansion which is Grade II listed.

If you are looking for property for sale in Bourne you have a choice of Victorian terraced cottages, modern terraced houses and new-build townhouses; detached bungalows, and a variety of detached houses, both modern and period, some of which are Grade II listed.
