It has an old fashioned promenade and meandering streets filled with interesting medieval and Georgian architecture, and the market located in the Red Lion Square is still very much alive. A farmer's market is also held every second and fourth Saturday of the month, providing locals and visitors alike with the opportunity to try and buy enticing foods.
