The garden of Palazzo San Lazzaro recovers the old drawing of the garden destroyed during II world war when the German headquarter occupied the property . Big Linden trees, a Cedar of the Lebanon and a row of Gingko Biloba frame the lawn in front of the villa. The actual owners are slowly trying to recuperate this oasis not modifying the spaces and leaving the garden to prosecute in the vineyards and in the wheat fields. Perfumed and charming English roses recover the main front of the Hospital and, other botanical roses, hydrangeas and agapanthus grow all around.
The visit focuses on the history of this place and of his church dedicated to Saint Lazarus and the holy Virgin of the Buon Consiglio.
In San Lazzaro you can book the garden for a wedding or other events, rent the guesthouse weekly for comfortable stays and cultural or gastronomic trips following our proposals.
On may and June together with Clai and the worldly known Musical Academy of Imola, in Palazzo San Lazzaro the visitor will enjoy the bloom, the music, and the typical local food.
