Pre-Release Reservations can be made now on these delightful apartments in Sal Rei, Boa Vista.  Plans have been submitted and permission is expected in October 2007.  A reservation of €3000 will secure the apartment at the pre-release price.  Should the planning permission not be granted, or there are significant changes, the reservation deposit will be refunded.  Reservations taken after the planning consent has been obtained, will be at the increased prices (approximately 10% increase).
