Situated on a sheltered hillside in the heart of Umbria and with widespread views over the surrounding countryside, this beautiful 500 year old stone-built farmhouse is set within 25 acres of its own land, including vineyards, olive groves and several acres of woodland.

The location is almost equidistant from Rome and Florence (160km & 170km respectively) and is an ideal spot to enjoy a relaxing holiday in a secluded and peaceful setting or from which to explore the beautiful hilltop 'città' of Umbria and Tuscany.

The house accommodates a maximum of 10 people in 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms.

The nearby village of Gualdo Cattaneo (3 km) has local shops. The delightful Roman town of Bevagna, some 10km away, has further shops and good restaurants. Perugia, Spoleto and Assisi, are within about 25km, with Cortona, Lake Trasimeno and Tuscany a little further away. Rome, Ancona and Florence airports are each about 90 miles, served by good roads. Perugia airport, some 30 minutes away, is now served by low-cost fights from London Stansted.

Private yoga lessons can be conducted, on request, by a qualified local instructor.
