This wonderful Rustico was bought as a half ruin in 1990. It has been completely restored from 1991 'til 1992. The basement ( the walls are made of natural stones, approx. 60 to 80 cm thick) is some hundred years old.
The roof is cemented, isolated and new covered with old tiles. Cooper gutters. The covered terrace of natural stones surrounds the whole house. The apartments can be easily connected with each other, so that one or two big living units can be created. The

There are 40 fruit- and olive trees in the 14.500sqm big garden and also a vineyard in D.O.C. quality ( about 220 vines).
