A characteristic old rural property immersed in a big olive grove has been recently restored in rustic style, preserving all original and traditional details and transformed into a holiday country house.
There are 6 independent holiday apartments and the property consists of 2 internally connected buildings each of which with one 4+2 sleeps apartment with patio on the ground floor (respectively Raggio and Frantoio) and one 2+2 sleeps apartment on the first floor with private terrace (respectively Pendolino and Aggia). The apartment Pendolino is a 2+2 sleeps apartment on the ground floor of a detached farmhouse with its own private terrace/garden area. On the 1st floor of the same building there is apartment Aggia with 6+2 sleeps (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). The farmhouse could also be rented as a whole by large groups (rates on request). All apartments, featuring the typical exposed wood beams, stone walls, terra cotta floors etc. are extremely comfortable and tastefully furnished in rustic Umbrian style. Fully equipped kitchens (5 apartments with dishwasher), comfortable sleeping couches in the large sitting rooms. Garden set out in the Summer with chairs and tables where guests can relax and eat "al fresco" and private swimming pool 7x15 m + 1 to 1,75 m deep for the exclusive use of the guests. Shared laundry from spring 2005. Mountain bikes at guest's disposal.
Situated on a scenic and tranquil hill area in Bettona, a small well renown medieval town in the heart of Umbria between Assisi and Deruta. In excellent location for a relaxing and cultural holiday exploring Umbria and the bordering regions. Horse-riding 3 km, fishing 5 km, supermarket 700m, restaurant about 1 km.
