The property is planted with various trees to give shade in the summer months.

The nearest Village is Partaloa, which has a doctor’s surgery, chemist, primary school, small shop, and various bars serving excellent food.

The nearest town from the Villa is Albox and is approx 10 minutes drive; there you will find a large supermarket, various shops, bars and restaurants. There are also 2 secondary schools and 3 primary schools.

There are many coastal resorts within a short drive including Mojacar, San Juan and the very Spanish town of Garrucha which has the best fish restaurants. The closest airport is Almeria, about an hours drive away. Murcia and Alicante are both just over 1.5 and 2 hours away respectively.
