Outside
There is a terrace to the front of the house, which is gated. A spiral staircase takes you to a large roof terrace where you can sunbathe, relax and enjoy the stunning views.
The Village of Rambla de Oria is minutes away and there you will find a bar, primary school, small post office and doctors.
The town of Oria is 10 minutes away and you will find a primary/middle school, bars, larger post office, doctors, 2 mini markets, petrol garage and various shops. On a Sunday they have the market where you can buy all local produce.
The larger town is Albox and is approx 15 minutes drive; there you will find a large supermarket, various shops, bars and restaurants. There are also 2 secondary schools and 3 primary schools.
There are many coastal resorts within a short drive including Mojacar, San Juan and the very Spanish town of Garrucha which has the best fish restaurants. The closest airport is Almeria, about an hours drive away. Murcia and Alicante are both just over 1.5 and 2 hours away respectively.
