This excellently restored country house with a characteristic tower stands on the hills to the east of the River Tiber looking across at the famous town  of Todi and enjoys sweeping views over the surrounding countryside. It is on 3 floors and is entered from the uphill side via a typically Umbrian external stairway.

On what is thus the 2^rd floor, one enters directly into a large family room with an open fireplace. Also on this upper level are 3 double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, as well as a small office space with telephone and computer connections.

The main internal staircase leads down to the 1^st floor where an attractive feature is an arched balcony overlooking the dining room on the ground floor.
