Perugia and Assisi. A 14 x 7 m. swimming pool has been installed, but

domestic use is stored in a 3000 litre underground tank. Mains
electricity is connected as well as
a telephone landline giving internet connections. Broadband is available. The
water supply is from 2 deep wells but a mains water connection is nearby. Shops
and other amenities are about 10 minutes drive away, and the nearest airport is
Perugia ( 30 minutes by car) with direct
connections to London.
