A new Airport has recently been opened in the nearby local town, “Barahona” which is also to be given a new Port facility that will enable Cruise Ships to stop here, together with the installation of the 5th largest cable car in the world all this is expected to bring massive development to this area.

 

£5 million Investment into the Eco Resort Project for a minimum period of 5 years.

 

There are two investment options on offer for this Investor/Investors, either a yearly interest or a % of net profit as an equity partner. All investment will be secured by the value of land, which is already owned by the Developer and has been independently valued at $25 million.

 

Investor Options:

 

Option 1.

Guaranteed Interest payment for 5 years, paid yearly plus capital repayment at maturity =    15% pa.

 

Option 2.

Equity Participation in the net Profit of the project to be paid at the completion plus return of capital (at approx 5year point) = 10%.
