The smaller building , with beautiful external brick oven, also restored to its original beauty and perfectly functioning, measures 40sqm and comprises two areas joined by a small iron staircase and a bathroom. Outside, next to the oven, there is a covered space for storing wood and a nice portico. Both buildings have cotto tiles on the roof and external floor and fixtures and fittings of the same quality as those used in the main house.

The external swimming pool measures 6 x 12 m, is surrounded by a cotto-paved solarium and command's beautiful views of the surrounding hills and fields. It nicely fits in the gardens, where a variety of shrubs, trees and bushes have been planted in respect with the surroundings and complete the existing majestic collection of century-old trees.
