The country house has a total area of 500 square metres and it is on two floors. In front of it there is a large square with a weighing machine used for the weigh of lorry with trailer. The outbuilding to restore has a surface of about 180 square meters and a requested project to realize a an accommodation business has been approved. It will be possible to construct an additional annex of about 220 square metres, which has already been approved and required only of the final project.

State of repair

The company is in perfect condition, with excellent internal roads. The main building, is entirely made in brick. The first floor was restored with good finishes and the ground floor needs some restructuring and finishing works. The annex, for farming use, is in need of renovation and there will be kept only the main body. The tools storage is a newly constructed building realized with pillars in reinforced concrete and panels in prefabricated concrete.

Utilities

The farm is supplied with electricity, heating and telephone system, ADSL and water which, for domestic need, is supplied by the local waterworks and for the agricultural use, by the pond.

The cadastrial situation is fully regular.
