and for its “Vino Nobile”, one of the most internationally esteemed tuscan wines. Many historical centres can be reached from here, Pienza 12km, San Casciano dei Bagni 35km and the motorway is only
24 km where one can reach cities such as
Rome or
Florence.

The olive grove is made up of 230 trees. The wine production is all made inside the farm. There is 137 sqm. cellar shared in three main rooms, one for the wine making
inside big barrels, one for the storage and for the bottling, one is a technical room. All the cantina was restored with regular permission and with great attenction to health laws. The vineyard farm now works at its best but there are may possibilities to
increase the profits. There is an approved project to enlarge the cellar and to build another dependence/garage. All the wine made is sold now mostly overseas in
Germany,
United States,
Denmark,
Russia but also in
Tuscany. The property includes 300 sqm. well restored farmhouse, 112 little rustic dependence and garage, old restored
cellar, little cottage. The main building inside is made up of: big living room with fireplace, kitchen, little living room, laundry, bedroom and bathroom and veranda at the ground floor; three bedrooms, three bathrooms and terrace at the first floor. The
little rustic is made up of living with bed, little kitchen and bathroom. The little cottage to be partly finished is made up of kitchen. Bathroom, living room and bedroom.
STATE
All the buildings have been refurbished from 1992 and 1999 and are in perfect state of maintenance.
The floors are ceramic tiles and the ceiling are partly built in little cotto vaults and partly in wooden beams.
All the buildings have been built according to the town planning and health laws. As you can see from the pictures the main building walls are plastered while the dependance shows the ancient stones.
