Beautifully presented 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday villa in the quieter Icmeler area of Bodrum. This really does offer the best of everything – near enough to the heart of Bodrum to not require transport; great views over the bay; private pool and garden and holiday luxury.
These villas are on a small development and have private gated entrances with parking spaces to the front. Walk from the gate and throught the well kept lawned and landscaped garden which has its private pool, inviting you to cool off. The main house entrance is at the side. As your eyes quickly scan the rooms, your first impression is of modern quality in terms of decor, fixtures and furnishings. To the right of the entrance, is a cloakroom with WC and wash basin. From here walk to the open plan L shaped lounge and dining area which is smartly furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, TV and satellite, side tables, rugs and open fireplace. Large doors open from the lounge onto a covered dining terrace which in turn, fronts the pool and gardens. Walk back through the lounge and you find the inside dining area to your left – there is a dining table and six chairs for indoor dining – not that you will use this during the balmy summer nights!
The kitchen area is very well equipped with a good range of base and cupboard units, all modern appliances including oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.
Upstairs there are three deluxe double bedrooms, equally as invitýng and as good as each other. The only difference is the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom complete with bath. Like all of the bedrooms, it has wall to wall wardrobes and but the master has doors opening onto a good sized terrace, overlooking the pool and gardens and also, a sea view. As with the rest of the villa, the bedrooms are furnished and fitted to a high standard. The two other bedrooms share a separate luxury shower room on the landing.
Outside to the front, side and rear of the villa are well maintained, colourful gardens with lawned and patio areas. At the rear of the house by the kitchen is a paved patio area, ideal for BBQing. There is plenty of space for sun loungers in the sunny garden around the shaped swimming pool at the front of the house and just a step away, is the shaded terrace area. Sit and watch the sun go down here with a cool Efes (local beer), or dine al fresco listening to the gentle trickle of water from the pool.
