The owners have chosen good quality fixtures and soft furnishings to create a modern and stylish holiday home!  

Outside, is a large dining and sun terrace and small splash or children's pool.  The private garden to the front and sides is lawned with pretty shrubs dotted about.  You even have your own Olive tree!  Stone walls and steps separate each villa so when you want a swim, just walk down the steps to the large shared pool and garden area.  There is plenty of space here for sunloungers and umbrellas and your space will never be invaded.

When you are ready to explore, simply walk down the hill a few minutes to the coast road.  Cross over and follow the track down to the sea front.  Here you find restaurants with sun bathing platforms on wooden stilts over the water, complete with sun loungers, umbrellas and ladders ready for you to walk or dive into the clear, cool water and swim or snorkel!  Try the fresh fish and a cool Efes at lunchtime at the favoured bathing spot frequented regularly by the residents and guests of this development!  There is no need to give the name of the restaurant, it is the one with the most clientele!  At night time, the sunloungers and umbrellas are stored away and replaced with tables and chairs set for candlelight dinners over the water - what more could you ask for?

A pathway all along the shore line takes you directly from here to Gundogan, in just 10 minutes.

Gundogan - Quiet and tranquil and still very Turkish. Cows meander through the streets and people sell their fruit and vegetables over their garden walls. Seafood is a speciality in the waterside restaurants set on jetties. Sit here and watch the local fishing boats or the windsurfers enjoying the offshore breezes. Gundogan is a centre for sailing but is also an ideal base for touring the Bodrum peninsula, everywhere on the peninsula is easily accessible. Experience the shopping in Bodrum, haggle for leather goods and gold. Try a night out in Bodrum for the largest open-air nightclub in Europe - whatever you want it’s nearby.
