General description
Old and new cottages have been converted into 17 independent apartments. Each one is different in layout and size and therefore unique. The larger apartments have 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms and a cellar, whereas the smaller apartments have 2 bedrooms and
a bathroom.
Condition
The apartments where designed by an architect who is very experienced in restoration of properties in the area. His passion for history and attention to detail is evident in every apartment.
All apartments are in excellent condition. They all have handmade terracotta floors, wooden beams and tiled ceilings and bare many of the original stone walls. All that is needed is furniture.

Each apartment has a private garden and some have a pergola ideal to eat under “al fresco”. There are hundreds of hectares of land surrounding the properties that are perfect for walking and exploring. There is also a shared pool.
