Sam and Holly Branson: Notting Hill
Most 20-somethings don't have six and seven million pounds homes in London's super cool Notting Hill. But then most aren't the offspring of maverick business mogul Richard Branson.
Sam and Holly Branson are the progeny of Virgin boss, Sir Richard Branson,and have their fathers’ nous when it comes to getting the right home in the right place.
With the family home once a period villa (pictured) in Holland Park (Richard’s office was in the house he also owned next-door), Holly opted for the former home of actress Gillian Anderson around the corner in smart Addison Avenue.
Holly, 29, (pictured with mum and dad) sold it recently for £6.4 million to move to Kensington Park Road in Notting Hill with shipbroker fiancé Fred Andrews, where homes range from £2.5-£8 million.
Meanwhile, it’s believed her younger brother Sam, 25, now running eco/adventure TV company Current Sponge, has bought a house in Denbigh Road at the edgier end of Notting Hill near Portobello Road and Westbourne Grove. Houses here cost £3-£3.5 million.
