Taking place at NEC Birmingham on 28th - 30th September, A Place in the Sun Live is the official exhibition of the hit Channel 4’s overseas property TV programme and offers expertise, advice and the inspiration you need to find your dream home abroad.

There will be hundreds of agents showcasing thousands of properties from over 40 countries around the world including the popular destinations of Spain, Florida, Turkey, Cyprus and the Caribbean – with properties from £20,000 to over £1million there’s something to suit every taste and budget.

 

The show will feature dedicated areas for some of the most popular destinations Brits buy holiday homes such as The French Village, The Portuguese Pavilion, The Italian Pavilion and The Florida Pavilion. Each feature area contains its own seminar theatre where you can find out everything you need to know about buying a home abroad in one of the free-to-attend Q&A style sessions.

Channel 4 television presenters Amanda Lamb, Jasmine Harman and Jonnie Irwin will be on hand to share their experiences of house-hunting abroad from years of presenting the A Place in the Sun TV show. Hear their top tips and advice on buying your dream home in the sun and meet them in the daily autograph signing sessions.

Also appearing on The Main Stage is Nigel Lewis, head of content for PrimeLocation.com and Zoopla.co.uk, an award-winning writer and editor who is not only a specialist in overseas property, but a French home owner himself.
