It is worth noting that we do not ask for an upfront fee for our service, like many on-line agents. Our service is truly no sale, no fee. I have worked in the business for nearly 30 years and I have a vast knowledge of the Taunton property market. I am a member of both the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). I love being an independent agent which gives me the freedom to provide the best service possible and to adjust quickly to ever changing market conditions. Another passion of mine is raising professional standards within the industry, which is still, believe it or not, unregulated. I am a father to two boys and a girl which keeps me busy outside of work and like most men, I enjoy watching football and motor racing.

Following a move from my home town of Kent, I have been with the company since October 2012. I have had many years’ experience within estate agency, on the sales side, having started out in the business in 1999. Having joined the company on the lettings side, I am enjoying the different challenges that it brings and also adding to my wealth of property knowledge . I am a member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (MARLA) Outside of work, I am a mum to two girls and love nothing more than spending my time with family and friends.

Accounts and Maintenance Administrator
I joined the firm in 2012 after a career in accountancy. I work on the accounts side of the business and I am responsible for the day to day landlord statements and payment of contractor invoices. In addition, I look after the property maintenance side for the property management side of the business. I live in one of the outlying villages of Taunton with my husband and two young children and enjoy an active role within the village community.

I had nearly 7 years experience as a property negotiator working for a Lettings agency in Devon before moving over to Ware & Co in May 2019. I have taken on the role of Property Manager looking after the day to day management of the properties once tenants have moved in, ensuring maintenance is dealt with swiftly and properties meet safety requirements. I have lived in Taunton my entire life and currently live in a village just on the outskirts.
Charlotte Carnell-Erskine

I joined Ware and Co in March 2019 after working on a government run contract who helped unemployed people get back into work. I am responsible for the tenancy applications from when tenants apply for a property through to move-in day. I am also responsible for booking property visits for current tenants and helping with general enquiries by phone, email or face to face. In my spare time I enjoy spending quality time with my family (it’s quite big) and going to the gym.

I have joined Ware & Co in November 2019 after obtaining a degree in Business and Management and working in a local hotel as operations team leader. I am responsible for day to day communications with vendors, purchasers, solicitors and estate agents to make sure that each sale is progressing as it should, and all parties involved are up to date with each step that is taken in order to complete the transaction successfully.
