Caroline Wellard MNAEA
Managing Director
Our Managing Director Caroline Wellard, has over 35 years of estate agency experience, her extensive local knowledge extends to both people and property, Caroline’s is famous for her brand of personalised client care in CT5. Caroline manages her team extending out from CT5 towards Canterbury, Faversham, Herne Bay, Thanet and the Villages. Caroline is an NAEA qualified Estate Agent and is also an Associate of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents, based in our flagship office in Tankerton.
Alfie Smith MNAEA
Assistant Branch Sales Manager
Alfie, as a NAEA qualified estate agent, has a great passion for making sure his clients home move go through as smoothly as possible and understands that each client’s goal is unique. Alfie is an Assistant Branch Sales Manager working from our Tankerton office and assists Caroline Wellard in providing Residential Property Services for our clients in the CT5 area, working to Caroline’s exacting standard of Customer care.

Hannah, who is qualified as an Associate member of The Guild of Property Professionals, enjoys helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals. Hannah’s enthusiastic and organised approach assists her in providing a high standard of Customer Service. In her spare time Hannah enjoys going to the gym.
Alison Fuller
Branch Coordinator
Alison is qualified as an Associate of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents and is responsible for the smooth running of the administration at our Tankerton office. As the Tankerton Office Coordinator Alison provides support to our Managing Director Caroline Wellard and our Assistant Branch Sale Manager Alfie Smith to ensure we maintain our high standard of customer service.

Jordan can be your Mr Fixit, during his career with KEA he has worked at both Tankerton, Herne Bay as well as Whitstable. Jordan is a NAEA qualified Estate Agent and an Associate of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents, his adaptable and hardworking approach makes him a great member of the CT5 team. As Whitstable Office Coordinator he brings together the Whitstable part of the CT5 team, Jordan assists our Managing Director Caroline Wellard with the smooth running of our Whitstable Office.

Claire, is qualified as an Associate of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents. Claire is part of the team determined to get your property sale to completion, as such Claire is an important part of the CT5 team working closely with our Whitstable Office Coordinator Jordan Dye and his team to ensure the smooth running of the sales administration and property sales progression, which has the aim of making sure your property sale completes and you achieve your plans.
