Charles lives locally with his family and is a passionate sailor as well as an active member of his local gym.

  With over 35 years of property experience under his belt and as a fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, David brings an unrivalled level of knowledge of West Berkshire to Jones Robinson. David advises on more complex property matters, including land development, valuations for housing associations, inheritance tax and matrimonial settlements. David is a well-known and well respected face in Newbury having lived in the area all of his life. David regularly takes to the tennis court and is a keen golfer.

  Director

  Paul’s property career started in 1988 with the launch of Property Weekly in South Oxfordshire. He transferred his skills to estate agency in 1991 and started running his own branch just 12 months later, such was his success. Paul specialises in appraisals and negotiations. Paul lives in Chieveley with his family and is passionate about the local area and countryside.

  Paul is Jones Robinson’s lead lettings specialist, with over 14 years of experience and individual membership to ARLA to his name. As Lettings Director, Paul oversees the residential lettings department and advises on all aspects of renting, property investment and block management. Paul lives locally with his young family and enjoys playing golf when time permits.
