Property Management: Jeremy Jacob has expertise in property management duties and support. We offer an array of services that include customer support, rent collection, cleaning, inventories, mail handling, utilities support, gas/boiler engineering, electrical engineering, energy performance certification, decorating, refurbishment, wider property maintenance (leak and damp control, roofing, rodent/pest control), key cutting, furniture removal, furniture ordering and delivery, property legislation and law support.
