  Glenn Foster

  Director

  Glenn worked for several of Coventry and Warwickshire’s largest property agents between 2002 and 2009, before formulating the family run, multi-discipline property firm. He established Foster Lewis and Co in spring 2009, with next to nothing, gaining business from recommendations, historic clients and local landlords who have trusted him for many years with their properties. He continues to enjoy success in Coventry and Warwickshire helping landlords, vendors and tenants alike with his expert local knowledge and a down to earth independent approach. Having two young children helps to keep even the busiest of people grounded, and although the company has grown to be a successful well reputed firm, he has always felt that working with integrity along with the morality of his own upbringing has always stood the business in good stead.

  Jez Gates

  Director

  Jez is a vastly experienced property expert, who has joined Foster Lewis and Co to help us expand and grow into one of Coventry’s leading Estate Agent and Letting agents. He brings to the firm a wealth of experience after working for numerous years at one of Warwickshire’s leading Letting agents. His friendly and knowledge fuelled approach has assisted hundreds of landlords City wide, and aims to bring his personal touch to Foster Lewis and Co’s ever growing portfolio of landlords and vendors alike. The father of two who lives locally, is delighted to be a significant part of this family run business that has now moved into its 8th year of business. His fantastic start and relationship with Glenn, has already paved the way for him to become an integral part of our highly regarded firm, and has cemented his place by being promoted to Director alongside him.

  Sharon Foster

  Sales Negotiator/Completions

  Sharon who is Glenn’s mother, joined the team full time and is helping our tenants and buyers find their ideal home. As our dedicated letting and sales adviser, Sharon will be keeping all our landlords and vendors up to date, booking your viewings and attending to all your property requirements. With a wealth of local knowledge and a grasp of what our clients want she will be on hand to take your call or meet you at our properties. Having Sharon has helped Foster Lewis and Co offer better customer service and offer more time with our clients.   Claire Liggins, who had previously worked in Nuneaton and Bedworth since late 2001, was Foster Lewis and Co’s first appointment. Claire fulfils every roll within the lettings and estate agency office. Claire who is always helpful and has an encyclopaedic knowledge of her tenants and landlords makes property management seem like an easy task, giving landlords peace of mind that their property is in safe hands.
